Madelyn McKenzie MD

I’m originally from the Louisville area and completed both my undergraduate and medical education at the University of Louisville, where I also met my husband, before going on to Nationwide Children’s Hospital for my pediatric residency.

I’m passionate about pediatric care, particularly the role of early intervention in supporting long-term health and development. I value partnering with families to support their child’s growth, caring for a wide range of medical needs, and connecting them with community resources. My professional interests include mental health, preventive care, chronic disease management, and lifestyle-focused wellness.

In my free time, I enjoy running, hiking, reading, and spending time with family and friends. I’m honored to return home to Louisville and care for the community that helped shape who I am.
