New Patients

Are You Expecting?

Congratulations on your new baby! We know this can be a very busy time for new parents as the family adjusts to having a new infant in the home.

Upon Delivery

When your baby is born, simply tell your obstetrician and the hospital staff that you have chosen Kaplan Barron Pediatrics as your child’s pediatrician. After discharge, please contact our office about scheduling your baby’s first visit to our office.

Insurance

We realize that it may take some time for newborns to be added to an insurance policy. However, it is very important that you provide the insurance company with the information that they request in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in delays of coverage and greater financial costs to you.

Walk-In Sick Visits

We offer walk-in sick visits on weekday mornings and afternoons on a first come, first served basis for established patients 2 months of age and older. Find out which conditions are ideal for a walk-in visit, and which ones require an appointment.
